Intermittent Fasting to Regain Your Youth and Lose Fat!

I’m your certified fitness expert and anti-aging specialist. I hope you enjoyed this site and free weight loss and anti-aging coaching tips! I have coached thousands of people around the world to regain their health and desired body composition through an eating pattern called intermittent fasting. I know most of aren’t a fan of the word FASTING, but let me explain.

But before I explain the how to’s, let’s talk about the Benefits.

There are different ways to implement intermittent fasting, and different methods that will produce different results.
I would like to teach you one of the methods that will align with your goals to reset your youth regulating hormone, while helping your body turn into a fat burning machine. I like to call this my YOUTH TRANSFORMATION daily intermittent fasting method.

  1. Fasting simplifies your day by reducing the number of meals you have to prepare.
  2. Intermittent fasting helps you live longer. Scientist have known for a long time that restricting calories can lengthen your life. Intermittent fasting activates many of the same mechanisms for extended life as calorie restriction. An increase in human growth hormone production is one of them. Remember this is not about calorie restriction, it is all about a PATTERN OF EATING! This isn’t a diet, in fact, I call this a NO diet challenge.
  3. Intermittent fasting may reduce the risk of age related diseases.
  4. Intermittent fasting is much easier than traditional diets, that is why I call it a “No diet “. The reason most diets fail is because we don’t follow the diet over the long term. Fasting is a weight-loss method that is remarkably easy to stick to long-term.
  5. Fasting can help you get lean! Fasting puts your body into a fat burning state that you rarely reach while following a normal eating schedule or any “diet”.

So now you’re probably thinking, “Well, that does sound pretty amazing how do I do it?”, right? It is simple! Fast for 16 hours every day, about eight hours of the fast will take place while you’re sleeping. Eat your first meal of the day after the 16 hour fast. Eight hours after your first meal, start another 16 hour fast. It does not matter when you started your eight hour feeding — do what works for you! Personally, I like to stop eating at 7 PM at night. I wake up in the morning and drink my favorite fuel TAKA, sweetened with stevia, loaded with nutrients and minerals; it is strong appetite suppressant and blood sugar regulator, as well as fantastic for your GUT and heart health! Then I will do my work out; if you aren’t a fan of working out, I would like to encourage you to move your body for at least 15 minutes per day 3-5x per week to get you started—you can refer to some of my at home workouts on YouTube if you like or go to www.NancyAnderberg.com to learn more. At 11 AM my fast is up, this is when I have my first meal of the day. My last meal will be concluded by 7 pm —then I start over!
